KnockOut (Fbi Thrillers) Review

When I first started reading, I thought Savich's insight was getting a little far out for me, but once I got into the book it all came together.

Terrible Book - kate57 -
I have ready many of CC's books and I had to make myself finish this one. It seemed that much dialogue was input just to take up space. Will not bother buying another CC book.

So disappointing! - Teacher2 - St. Paul, MN United States
I could not even get through half of this book. I would not read another book by this author.

Tired Characters - Nash Black - Jamestown, KY
Number 13 was not a good numeral for Catherine Coulter's FBI series, KNOCKOUT. A mental call from a seven year old to Dillon Savich extends reality much to far to be plausible for the slow and erratically plotted police procedural.
Maybe it is time these characters were put to bed and Ms. Coulter returned to writing romantic suspense with lost of floss.
Nash Black, author of SINS OF THE FATHERS.

Perhaps her worse - cplogic - Chapin, SC USA
I have skipped some of her last few books, but was an avid reader of her books before. I think this will be my last. This book has virtually no romance. She never developed her characters. Even the writing style is dry. She runs two FBI cases at the same time which makes it hard to follow if you don't read this book in one sitting, which you won't because it is so drawn out. All law enforcement officers from the FBI on down were incredibly incompetent, even including her heroes from previous books, Savich and Sherlock, which this story was more about than the main characters of this book. All were worse shots than in a B-rated action film, and were being outwitted, outsmarted, and outgunned by a sixteen-year-old girl. She added a bizarre paranormal twist that was not handled well. I think perhaps her FBI series has run its course, and she needs to write something else.
