Turbulent Sea (Drake Sisters, Book 6) Review
I really didn't know what to expect when I realized that Joley was going to be paired up with a suspected mobster, but Ilya was simply perfect for Joley! I laughed, I cried. . .I didn't want the story to ever end, but of course it did (it always does). This is offically one of my favorite books and one that I am going to re-read again and again. Anyone who loves paranormal fiction will love Turbulent Sea.
[I think it would be fantastic if after the Drake sisters books are finished if Ms. Feehan took up with Ilya's brothers. I would love that and am almost certain the fans of the Drake's sisters would as well!](just an idea):}

Wonderful - Txell - Tarragona, Catalonia
This is maybe my favourite Drake sister's book, who don't want an Ilya for herself? This man has everything: charm, mystery, character and everything in a hot hot body!
If you buy this book I can promise one thing: You're not going to be disappointed at all. It is so well writen that you have to read it from cover to cover without a break.
Just an average read... - babs - Dacula, GA USA
Every time I pick up a Feehan book I'm reminded of why I don't read books by her very often. She does great with internal dialogue, plot and characters but her style of conversation between characters have always been a bit awkward for me to read.
This is book six in a seven book series. I read it as a stand alone, and I have to say it wasn't hard to get a "feel" of the large and close family. Of course I wasn't familiar with all the previous characters and their stories but that's ok, Joley and Ilya's story stood well alone also.
Overall...a pretty good read. Would I recommend it to friends? Well, no.
too whiny; no substance - B. Roberts - FL
Stories 1-4 (Sarah, Kate, Abby, and Libby) were magically fun and caring. The fifth (Hannah) was brutal but got better. I held the 6th (this one) until I got the 7th so I could enjoy the whole. Joley seemed very whiny and Ilya too uncaringly aggressive. I wasn't entertained; instead I felt tired and bruised. However, those feelings are NOTHING compared to how the 7th book left me: battered and angry. What a disappointing ending to a very charmingly begun series. I think I'll read the next few Feehan books via the library because she may be off my favored authors list
